Azotea was created as a cocktail restaurant: the heart of our concept lies in the dialogue between Nikkei cuisine and contemporary mixology.

For this reason, wine plays a deliberately minor role in our offering—yet one that is no less carefully considered.

We have chosen to curate a small selection of labels that reflect our philosophy: mostly organic wines, often outside conventional circuits, sourced not only from Italy, but from diverse regions around the world, in line with the open and cross-cultural spirit that also defines our menus.
